Research Notes: History/Background Information on Issue
** Introduction **
You need notes from a source that focuses on providing history and/or context for your issue. Your notes may be in bullet points, and they should include a mixture of paraphrased notes and “quote-worthy” quotes. You may write all notes in your own words, but you may not only use quotes as your notes. Anything copied & pasted must be in quotation marks or that’s plagiarism.
Where should our sources come from?
You will be finding 6 sources total
3 sources should come from the ETHS databases
1 source should be a book (multiple selections in the ETHS library)
Rest of sources can be student choice, but must be credible source

Part 2: Important Quotes (Quote-Worthy!) Write at least 2 direct quotes from the article that you think are significant. These should be quotes that would have less of an impact if paraphrased.
